So we offer you what we know how to do best: 

A three-step brunch, generous and filled with fresh produce. 

We hope you have the fangs!

STEP 1. We start well:

A fromage blanc topped with our homemade granola

+ a filter coffee or tea

(other hot drink +2€)

 

STEP 2. It gets serious:

A dish of your choice + an iced tea or lemonade

 

STEP 3. Hang in there:

A dessert of your choice

And if you prefer to play it freestyle,

it’s up to you to compose your à la carte brunch

as you feel.

Our essential savory waffle garnished with avocado, a free-range poached egg and green salad, AOP feta, hazelnut dukkah and honey mustard. It slides on its own.

Toasted bun bread, poached egg, homemade Hollandaise sauce twisted with cayenne pepper, accompanied by your choice of grilled bacon or smoked salmon. A beautiful madness.
